I Started Where Most Investors Do.
Trying to figure out which markets to target, how to find good opportunities, what to offer, and how to actually get a deal closed.
Eventually, I founded Lot Maven, a direct-to-seller land acquisitions company. What started as a small operation grew into a team of roughly 25 people, generating approximately $1 million in its first year and closing more than 10 deals per month at its peak.
Building that business taught me every part of the process, from negotiating with sellers and evaluating properties to finding buyers and managing the systems that kept everything moving.
