Results and 30-Day Guarantee

Real estate investing and wholesaling involve financial risk, and results vary based on market conditions, individual effort, available capital, and other factors.

Bastion Consulting offers a conditional 30-day guarantee for eligible clients who complete their agreed action plan and participation requirements. If a qualifying client does not get their first property under contract within 30 days, their upfront consulting fee will be refunded in accordance with the signed agreement.

This guarantee applies to securing a property under contract, not closing a transaction or earning a profit. No particular income or investment return is guaranteed.
