Fit

Great for some people. Not for everyone.

The right partnership starts with the right expectations. Here's what makes someone a good fit.

A Great Fit If You...

  • Want to build your own acquisitions business.
  • Can commit consistent time every week.
  • Have a realistic budget for data, outreach, and software.
  • Are ready to take action and learn from feedback.
  • Want direct guidance from an experienced investor.

Probably Not a Fit If You...

  • Want passive income without putting in the work.
  • Expect someone to run the business for you.
  • Expect guaranteed profits or closings.
  • Aren't willing to follow a plan or take feedback.
  • Mainly want access to videos or a community.

Questions

Common questions

Want to talk numbers?Email me anytime atjohn@bastionlandpartners.com
Do I need real estate experience to get started?

Not at all. We'll start with where you are today and build from there. Whether you're completely new or have some experience, the goal is to get you working on real opportunities as quickly as possible.

Will I work directly with John?

Yes. You'll work directly with me throughout your engagement. We'll review your progress, talk through challenges, and work on real situations as they come up.

How much money do I need to get started?

That depends on your market and outreach strategy. In addition to the consulting fee, you'll need a realistic budget for essentials like property data, software, and marketing. We'll discuss those costs before getting started.

What happens if I don't get a property under contract within 30 days?

If you follow your agreed action plan, complete the required activities, and stay engaged but don't get a property under contract within 30 days, we'll refund your upfront consulting fee. Terms apply.

Why is there an upfront fee and a profit split?

The upfront fee covers the time and resources involved in getting your business moving. The profit split means I also have a financial interest in helping you turn that work into actual transactions.

Can I do this while working a full-time job?

Yes, provided you can consistently dedicate time to the business. We'll build a plan around your availability, but you'll still need to make time for outreach, follow-up, and working opportunities.
