I founded Lot Maven and grew it into a land acquisitions company with a team of roughly 25 people. I've spent years finding deals, negotiating with sellers, and building the systems that make an acquisitions business work.
Now I'm putting that experience to work helping other investors build businesses of their own.

Good catch. Confirm a recorded easement before you send anything. If there isn't one, this is a pass or a much lower number, because your buyer pool shrinks fast.

Good acquisitions work is mostly judgment. Tap the numbers on the photo to see what I'm looking for, and what clients learn to check themselves.

That depends on your market and outreach strategy. In addition to the consulting fee, you'll need a realistic budget for essentials like property data, software, and marketing. We'll discuss those costs before getting started.
If you follow your agreed action plan, complete the required activities, and stay engaged but don't get a property under contract within 30 days, we'll refund your upfront consulting fee. Terms apply.
The upfront fee covers the time and resources involved in getting your business moving. The profit split means I also have a financial interest in helping you turn that work into actual transactions.
