This policy explains what information Bastion Consulting ("Bastion," "we") collects through this website and how it is used.

Information we collect

This website does not have accounts, contact forms or payment pages. We collect information only when you choose to share it, for example:

• When you book a call through our scheduling link, the scheduling provider (Google Calendar) collects the details you enter, such as your name and email address, under its own privacy policy.
• When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Our web host may automatically record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and maintenance. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when fonts are requested.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls
• To evaluate whether a consulting engagement is a fit
• To keep the website secure and working

We do not sell your personal information.

Client portal

Current clients use a separate client portal operated on a third-party platform. That portal is governed by its own terms and privacy policy and by your client agreement.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing john@bastionlandpartners.com.
